Gabriel Fauré's Dolly Suite, Op. 56, is a set of pieces composed for piano duet. Written or revised between 1893 and 1896, these charming compositions celebrate various occasions in the life of Emma Bardac's daughter, to whom Fauré was deeply attached.

The fourth piece is no more feline in its reference than "Mi-a-ou". The Bardacs' pet dog was called Ketty, and in Fauré's manuscript the piece is called "Kitty-Valse".
