“Know Thyself, Become Yourself” - Cultivate Physical Awareness Through the Development of Kinesthetic Sensory.

Any performance requires high energy and coordination; piano performance is no different. To master its art, students must use their bodies consciously and pay close attention to achieve coordination, thereby gaining the physical freedom to communicate and express music naturally.

This session will concentrate on improving the body awareness of each individual during practice, fostering the development of kinaesthetic sensory, with a specific focus on posture, tension, muscle and joint functioning, and choreography.

Through various exercises, students will be encouraged to take responsibility for themselves (i.e., their thoughts, actions, and feelings) and to realize that they have the power to help themselves independently.
